Did you know that when Lexington County EMS is called out to a Cayce emergency, our Fire Department is often first on the scene. They are usually the first to check vitals and help stabilize a person in distress. Since blood pressure cuffs don't last forever, the Cayce Public Safety Foundation helps keep all our Fire units stocked with blood pressure monitors, thermometers, and finger oximeters.
