As with many non-profit organizations, the COVID-19 pandemic has hindered our ability to fundraise this spring. Since many of our sponsors are small businesses here in Cayce, we decided not have our annual Cayce Serves Tennis Tournament in June. Participating in Midlands Gives on May 5 is an opportunity to make up part of the funds we normally would have raised from the tournament.
This year, we would like to dedicate the funds from Midlands Gives to be able to provide the necessary safety equipment needed for October's National Night Out at the Cayce Public Safety complex. Although the safety requirements are uncertain for October, we plan to provide the the public with the necessary safety equipment (as needed) such as hand sanitizing and
masks (especially smaller sizes) for our children in the community.
